As a small team there is always someone you can speak to and someone you can refer to on a first name basis. We do not have multiple departments, various committees or layers of personnel to get through. You do not become a reference number.
We know that our clients are just like us, they want to speak to someone when they need to. They don't want to deal with a call centre or be held in a telephone queue, trying to remember which number they should press before moving forward in line.
